Sintered magnetic components

NdFeB

Typical of the sintered NdFeB is that high proper energy density levels enable highest energy/volume relation among all permanent magnetic materials.

Their key characteristic is the energy density.

SmCo

SmCo magnetic components are suitable for high-temperature applications (above 150 °, up to 550°C), since their magnetic flow density levels are highest at high temperatures. They further feature low and linear temperature coefficients of the remanence and the coercivity.

Their key characteristic is the temperature stability of the magnetic properties in a broad temperature range.

AlNiCo

Magnetne komponente

These permanent magnets feature highest corrosion stability among all metal permanent magnetic components. They can be isotropic or anisotropic, depending on their composition and the process parameters during manufacture. These materials are known for their high remanence as well as their low temperature dependence of the magnetic properties, and their maximal applicable temperatures to the level of 500°C. Their lower coercivity is vital advantage mainly in hysteresis applications.

Their key characteristics are thermal and corrosion resistance and applicability as a hysteresis material.
